These terms cover your use of Kydence, a workforce qualification tracker operated by Welder Qualification Tracker Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Kydence lets you track employee qualifications, certificates, procedures, and related records, and warns you before a qualification lapses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Use Kydence only for lawful purposes. Do not upload content you do not have the right to store, and do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your data

The records you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service for you. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep Kydence available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kydence at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Kydence means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
